  • Woody Tasch is Chairman and CEO of Investors' Circle.

    For over a decade, Woody Tasch has been a leader in the movement to use venture capital as a tool for promoting sustainability. He was Treasurer of the Jessie Smith Noyes Foundation, an environmental grant maker that pioneered strategies for integrating philanthropic mission with asset management. He currently manages over $12 million of mission-related venture capital and private equity for the Foundation. He was founding Chair of the Community Development Venture Capital Alliance and the Nantucket Sustainable Development Corporation.

    Woody has served on the Boards of CERES (the Coalition for Environmentally Responsible Economics), National Mentor, Greenway, and the Nantucket Education Trust. He is currently Chairman of Chelsea Green Publishing, one of the country's leading publishers dedicated to sustainable living.

  • Carol Atwood is the President and CEO of Spartacus Media Enterprises (SME) and Executive Producer of "Investing in Media that Matters-A Gathering at Sundance Village".

    In 2000, Carol Atwood founded Spartacus Media Enterprises (SME), a social mission media company committed to incubating new projects and ventures, as well as facilitating a link between investors and the media industry. Prior to this, she was President and CEO of TMG, a premiere New York-headquartered sales and marketing outsourcing company that represented the Fortune 500. During her 17-year tenure with the firm, she employed over 5,000 employees in six offices.

    Carol is the recipient of many highly regarded awards, including "NYC Entrepreneur of the Year" sponsored by NASDAQ, USA Today, and Ernst and Young. Additionally, TMG was named "Company of the Year" by the National Association of Small Business Investment Companies. TMG was also ranked among the top 100 women-owned businesses by Working Woman magazine (placing between Martha Stewart and Oprah Winfrey). She is active with many organizations, including Renaissance Weekend, the Social Venture Network (a social mission entrepreneurs organization), the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum (a network of investors and early stage companies), Investors' Circle (a social mission for profit companies investment organization), and Social Venture Partners (a group of individual philanthropists who have pooled their money and talent to help the non-profit community).

  • Debbie Levin is the Executive Director of the Environmental Media Association (EMA).

    With a Board of Directors that include some of the most influential names in the entertainment business, EMA has unique access to content of both feature films and television. Taking over the reins three years ago, Debbie has moved EMA in new directions, with a strong emphasis on "Young Hollywood". Under her leadership, EMA has emerged as the leading environmental organization able to use the industry as a role model and to influence the world about essential social issues. Debbie holds a degree in film from the University of Southern California and has a background in the television business.
