I focus on loving, living my values and learning. I laugh and I cry. I try to take it all a little less seriously, but I don't often succeed ... the stakes seem so high. I try to be a good friend. I allow myself to envision a different world, and I try to make it come to pass in small, significant ways, through collaborative effort. And I watch my daughter grow -- because she keeps me here, now.
